Antonio Michele TOTARO



Antonio’s culinary career spans over 25 years. He started his first steps in Italy with an apprenticeship at the Hotel Rosmary and Cardinali Romano. In 2003 he took charge of the stove that the “La Mistral“ - InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong. From there he moved to Don Alfonso 1890 in Sorrento, Italy, one of the famous 3 star Michelin Restaurant and spend time on the famous “Christina O Super Yacht”, which was stationed in Monaco. In 2006 he returned to Asia to be the opening chef for the “Don Alfonso 1890” at the Grand Lisboa in Macau. From there he moved to The Langham Yangtze Boutique in Shanghai, then had a few assignments in Hong Kong. Than he moved to Tokyo, japan and later to The Sukhothai Bangkok. From Asia, the next stops have been in California and in 208 he retuned to Asia where he lend his culinary skills to assignments in Vietnam, Shanghai and the Philippines. Antonio together with his wife Shannon and daughter enjoys traveling, living the various cultures and people in the counties he works and most of it exploring the culinary favors and cultures.
